- Delivery Estimates: 4-10 business days for India & 10-15 business days for International (In some cases custom clearance might take longer)
- "3 Days Hassle Free Return" in valid for Purchases within India only( Not applicable for custom rug)
- Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
More than 90% of our products are available in stock, while some products are manufactured after receiving orders. For products that are in stock, we ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. We are also offering free shipping for all orders. And have an easy return policy.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
- Products customized as per customer specification will take around 5-7 days to dispatch.
- Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
- Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
- Delivery pin code is not supported by major couriers. In this case we need to- ship by Speed Post which takes a 4-5 days longer.
