Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

• Products customized as per customer specification will take around 5-7 days to dispatch.
• Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
• Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
• Delivery pin code is not supported by major couriers. In this case we need to- ship by Speed Post which takes a 4-5 days longer.
